Technical Writer - NV2

Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TS PV cleared, Document Writer/Technical Writer to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About the role:
Previous experience in writing ITSM documentation.
Previous experience with creating presentations and briefings aimed at technical and non technical personnel.
Previous experience with developing standard operating process documents, procedures, knowledge articles, flow charts and scripts.
Previous experience with presenting ITSM policy and processes to stakeholders.
