Job description

​Join a market leading agency and work on exciting ICT & cyber projects for the Defence.

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing detailed systems engineering technical and professional advice in relation to complex work

  • Planning, designing, supporting and maintaining corporate ICT systems and projects

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior members of the team

  • Provide strategic guidance to ICT infrastructure projects, sustainment architecture, infrastructure services and other ICT platform technologies.

  • Manage the corporate ICT systems through the ICT lifecycle

  • Oversee the integrity of systems and reliability of service delivery.

  • Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.

The successful Systems Engineer will be required to have:

  • PV security clearance preferred.

  • Understanding & practical experience working within a Defence project, quality assurance & business improvement process practices and targeted & effective business solutions and outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a fast paced team environment
