We are seeking motivated resourcers and recruitment consultants to help us achieve our vision and work closely with security cleared professionals, veterans, and Indigenous Australian’s to help them find meaningful careers.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a primarily candidate focused role that supports our team by finding the right people for the right ICT job opportunities. You will be working closely with our CEO who will provide you with guidance, mentoring and training so that you can effectively:
- Resource and head hunt candidates on LinkedIn/Social Media avenues
- Screen, call and interview candidates in line with Australian Standards
- Build relationships and represent our brand professionally
- Co-ordinate, write and post ads for job boards
- Manage candidate pools
- Maintain candidate records in our CRM
- Market mapping
- Prepare candidate information packs
- Provide administrative support including inbox and email management
- Assist and review applicants’ responses to ensure their suitability
- Conduct pre-employment reference checks
- Candidate and consultant care
- Promptly respond to enquiries
To be successful you will have:
- At least 1+ year recruitment (ideal), sales, administration or customer service experience
- An interest and knowledge of ICT and Cyber roles
- An interest in defence and national security, veterans or Indigenous Australians
- A passion for providing an award-winning level of client and candidate care
- A relationship focused approach to talking to candidate on the phone
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good organisation
- A desire to learn in a dynamic and evolving industry
- An ability to work under pressure
- A positive and pro-active attitude

We are currently exploring a range of employment options for new and experienced Resourcers and Recruitment Consultant Managers with a negotiable salary depending on experience and hours worked. The successful candidate will also receive substantial up-skilling, including in Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Please note that due to the secure nature of our business and the projects we manage, you may need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
