Senior Test Engineer

Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TSPV, Senior Test Engineer to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About You:

• Must have or must be able to obtain a TSPV clearance.
• Canberra based.
• Demonstrated experience as a Test Engineer
• Demonstrated experience with providing advice and guidance on all aspects of testing
• Risk assessment and taking preventative action

About the role:

• Develop plans and procedures in the verification of ICT infrastructure (physical and virtual) solutions.
• Execute testing processes and activities in the verification of solutions against relevant standards.
• Follow all documented change control process requirements to implement changes in the test environment.
• Manage the testing and reporting of network infrastructure, including firewalls, gateways and other network communication devices.
• Manage and track testing of non-functional requirements (load, performance, reliability, and compliance).
• Develop reports and acceptance documentation for testing lifecycle of network and platform evolution.
