Vertical Scope Group (VSG) are seeking a veteran, veteran spouse or Indigenous Australian interested in developing a career in cyber security to join our client and work as part of a program to build and operate a national cyber intelligence centre.
The national cyber intelligence centre will house a range of organisations working to build out a cyber threat intelligence sharing platform which can share cyber threats across the Australian market.

Ideally you will bring:
Great attitude and aptitude
Experience in ADF administration or customer support
ICT and/or cyber knowledge and experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Someone that takes ownership with customer matters and issues
Previous experience with service ticketing systems
Security clearance: NV1 (or above) minimum
Estimated start date: ASAP
Location of work: Canberra
Salary: $80k package (commensurate on experience).

The role will provide service desk analysis support for industry and government partners.
You will engage with industry partners in diverse industries across a range of communication channels: tickets, email, phone, etc.
