Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TS PV cleared, Business Analyst to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and Intelligence Community customers.
About you:
Previous experience with ITSM.
Previous experience with implementing process.
Previous experience with continuous improvement.
About the role:
Business Analyst with experience in ITSM strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, service delivery and continual service improvement and responsibility for:
designing, implementing, supporting new or modified ICT services including technical design, business engagement, support definition, reporting design, transition activities, training packaged, training delivery
developing and implementing processes to achieve service level management
improving IT service availability and user experience
enabling the continuous improvement of core ITIL Practices including Incident Management, Change Enablement, Service Catalogue, Monitoring & Event and Measurement & Reporting.
