Vertical Scope Group (VSG) are seeking multiple TS PV veterans who are either transitioning to civilian life in the next 24 months or are already working in civilian careers (security / electronics / intelligence) as well as PV cleared professionals, that are seeking to join the stable and lucrative ICT industry, on salaries circa $120,000.
We want you to join, for free, our award winning WorkPath Australia (WPA) training and employment program and develop a high paying and meaningful career. Depending on which employment pathways you take, you could receive for free, up to $10,000 dollars of commercial training and certifications before joining Tier 1 ICT companies that are rated, the ‘best employers’ worldwide.
WPA is an innovative ICT training and employment program designed to assist transitioning veterans and find meaningful security cleared employment opportunities. The program helps veterans by translating their military skills into a commercial setting and securing them commercial training and qualifications.
We work with you throughout each of the program’s four key steps to identify employment aligned with your career goals.
Program 4 Key Steps
1. Identification
The WPA team works with you to identify your interests and the types of organisations you want to work for. A dedicated Program Success manager will help you navigate your ADF transition up to 24 months from discharge.
2. Selection
Once a meaningful employment pathway for you has been identified, we guide you through the assessment and interview process and any specific security clearance requirements. If successful, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer, outlining the requirements for you to successfully join the organisation.
3. Pathway
You commence your pathway towards completing any training, certification and security clearance requirements outlined in your job offer must be completed prior to joining the organisation.
4. Placement
Upon meeting your employment conditions, you commence transitioning from the Australia Defence Force or current employer and begin your exciting new career!

Veterans We Assist
WPA will assist you in navigating your transition from the ADF up to 24 months from your intended discharge date. We will endeavour to assist all veteran applicants where possible, noting the program's current scope and intake limit.
Due to our strong connectivity with defence and national security employment partners, WPA has a higher demand for participants with an existing PV security clearance or a PV clearance that can be re-activated.

How much does the program cost?
The WPA program is free for all veteran participants to join.
WorkPath is accepting PV cleared veteran and professionals for current 2021 opportunities as well as the 2022 and 2023 program intake.
