About You
Ideally, you will possess… (we still want to talk to you even if you don’t!)

Experience administering Windows or Linux servers
-
Experience developing scripts or small programs, in software languages such as Python or Bash, to automate business processes and integrate existing security tool and appliances.

Experience in an ICT service environment, including user access control, service monitoring, patching and outage management.

Experience in ICT management, including development of procedures, capacity planning, troubleshooting and continuous improvement over the ICT system lifecycle.

A proven ability to work as a member of an integrated team and support productive working relationships by working cohesively and flexibly with customers as well as the broader project team.

Demonstrate administrative skills, including time management and oral and written communication skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and allocate tasks.

Currently hold an active TS PV security clearance.

Participate in the development of new ICT capability and systems upgrades in accordance with user requirements and technology advancements.

Install, enhance, configure and maintain both commercial and government provisioned software.

Assist in the production of relevant technical documentation and instructions.

Work with members of the delivery team in continuously improving processes and procedures.

Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to contractors and employees.
