VSG’s award winning WorkPath Australia program is designed to enable veterans to seamlessly transition out of the military and enter into meaningful Project Management and Project Support careers. We organise and pay for your Project Management training and qualifications with our Registered Training Providers (RTOs).
The aim of our WPA program is to increase veteran's employment success by highlighting the experience they can bring to civilian employers, upskilling them and providing a structured employment plan to help them join employment partners.
We work proactively with WPA participants up to 24 months out from their discharge and organise formal Project Management qualifications for them. Depending on which employment pathway you take, you could receive for free, up to $15,000 dollars of commercial training and certifications before joining Tier 1 companies that are rated, the ‘best employers’ worldwide.
To increase positive outcomes within our program, we work closely with veterans to identify their strengths and weaknesses and what they would like to achieve in their civilian career. We then match this with our employment partners values and corporate culture to ensure a synergistic relationship.
The WPA program has enabled our team to make a tangible difference to the lives of veterans, including giving some participants 'a purpose' through the establishment of career goals and a pathway to achieve civilian career success.
