VSG are responding to a request from a prominent Federal Government Agency, whom we have a strong relationship with, to support them in building and maintaining key relationships with users, staff, and stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to review and analyse the organisation’s desired business outcomes, services, and processes to facilitate business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
·Build and maintain key relationships with users, technical staff, and stakeholders to determine and resolve issues and respond to strategic workforce needs.
·Review and analyse the organisation’s desired business outcomes, services, processes, and information needs to identify changes leading to business improvements.
·Analyse existing systems, applications, and functions to ensure strategic business objectives are met.
· Assist stakeholders through change, resolving conflict and managing sensitivities.
·Support the team and work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
·Working collaboratively with Portfolio Performance Management team and other Investment Portfolio Management Branch members to delivery outcomes.
·Developing and maintaining professional, respectful and positive relationships with platform users, product owners, and suppliers.
·Contribute to a harmonious team environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and team collaboration to deliver project outcome.
·Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members and third parties as required.
