Vertical Scope Group are recruiting an NV2 Project Manager for an Australian intelligence agency on a 12-month contract commencing in February 2021.
This employer is highly respected by government and is looking for a Project Manager who can think critically, is adept at problem solving, negotiating, delegating, and decision making. The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills and be outcomes focused.
Essential criteria
Australian Government NV2 Security Clearance
Manage budgets, the delivery of projects and sustainability matters
Engage with stakeholders to define project scopes
Contribute to planning activities
Assist with the implementation, analysis, system design, development and testing of operations
Conduct risk assessments to identify, analyse, evaluate, manage risks
Co-ordinate project resources and priorities
Escalate issues to the Director when appropriate
Conduct regular project reviews, reports, risk and financial management
Develop project documentation including Project Plans, proposals, Stage Plans, Developing procedures, Exception Reports, Completion Reports Management of project risks and issues
Conduct procurement activities to support broader project requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with capture and definition
Extensive project management experience
The Project Manager will be a highly organised, dynamic, outcome orientated individual with excellent communication skills.
